Last month we had a book festival here in St. Ronan's.  The week was a great success and the children enjoyed the workshops, buddy reading and competition.

Author Alan Nolan visited 3rd and 4th class, while illustrator Nicola Sedgwick ran creative writing workshops with 10 children from 5th and 6th class and an illustration workshop with a further 10 pupils.
Puppeteer Julie Rose McCormack came to perform for the children from junior infants through to 2nd class.

Reminder: school books must be paid for in full before money can be paid towards the tours.
